Gardener

Programmed is seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our team. You’ll assist with various landscaping tasks, including planting, material handling, equipment operation, and hardscaping support. If you're physically fit, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with landscaping tasks like planting, watering, and material handling



Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment



Maintain a clean worksite and follow safety standards



Perform general ground maintenance and handy person tasks

What We’re Looking For:



Landscaping experience required



Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions



Strong work ethic, safety-conscious, and able to follow direction



Must Pass Police clearance



Driver’s License is a MUST
